5 Years Post-baby, Just Wish I’d Done It Sooner!

Dr. Cuber was wonderful through my entire tummy tuck experience. He was extremely thorough with information/details, was reassuring and very caring. The entire staff was sweet and caring and truly made the best out of this experience. The healing process for the first 2 weeks was painful and you truly have limited mobility. I had some issues w/ fluid building up after my drains were removed, and Dr. Cuber saw me weekly, sometimes multiple times weekly to either drain excess fluid or to just check that my healing was progressing as expected. I never felt alone or neglected. If I had questions in between visits, Dr. Cuber always called back timely to speak to me about any concerns I had. I could fill pages praising Dr. Cuber. From the moment I met him, I knew I was in good hands. He personifies “bedside manner.” I hadn’t felt this way about any doctor in a long time. Can’t Believe I’m Actually Doing This!

I have been very, very pleased with Dr. Cuber. He is calm, patient and friendly. I like that he does not come off cavalier or condescending at all. You can just tell that he knows what he is doing. I felt comfortable with him from the first visit on. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about him.

I wish I could say wait times have been good, but I have been to the office a total of 6 times now, and 2 of those times I had a wait of more than one hour. The average for me has been 30 minutes, but the first time I had to ask after an hour waiting (it was my pre-op, not with Dr. Cuber) and I think I was forgotten. The second time I waited two hours before seeing him.

Overall the staff has been great. I loved my nurses the day of surgery. Some of the women at the front desk could use some customer service lessons, though.

Should Have Done This a Long Time Ago!

After checking out three doctors, I decided on Dr. Cuber. There was something about his demeanor that was calming and he took his time to speak to me. He did an incredible job! Great doc! I’m so glad that when I got lost on the day of my consult and was going to reschedule the office said don’t worry about it you can still come. I believe it was Brittney who I spoke with. If I had rescheduled my consult that day who knows if I would’ve chose Dr. Cuber as my PS. I know I probably wouldn’t have met Babs who was at the office for her pre op appt at that time. I am so happy with the work Dr. Cuber did. The scar is minimal and under the breasts and will blend in very well with my skin in time. Dr. Cuber performed a breat reduction on my July of 2013. I am not exaggerating when I say I visited 8 other plastic surgeons. Many were highly recommended, one was even on Oprah years back (he turned out to be quite arrogant and acted as though I bored him). When I first met Dr. Cuber I was comfortable immediately because of his attentiveness to my questions and thoughts. He is very thorough during the office visits and the prep before surgery. At a time I should have been freaking out (minutes before the surgery), he was very patient and kind which helped me to relax. I actually commented to the girls at the front desk that I feel comfortable putting my life in his hands! Dramatic, I know, but he makes you feel that comfortable. I can’t say enough about him as a surgeon. Maria the office manager is pushy and arrogant, just don’t let her discourage you. She almost made me want to walk out. All the others are phenomenal to work with.
